Due to a nasal fracture this thirty-seven year old patient’s nose was twisted and crooked. Through rhinoplasty her nose was straightened, the hump on her nose was reduced and nasal tip was refined. All was accomplished via endonasal approach. Patient elected to have a small chin implant placed to further augment her retrusive chin.
