This patient is a twenty-nine year old female who had a large bump removed from the bridge of her nose. Moderate sculpting of the nasal tip cartilages was done to reduce and refine the bridge. Her nasal bones were narrowed for an overall dorsal aesthetic line and pleasing profile.
