Thirty-two female who had a wide nasal bridge and tip underwent endonasal rhinoplasty. A small hump reduction was performed with feminization to the nasal tip cartilage. A spreader graft was placed on the patient’s right side to improve airflow dynamics through her nose as well as overall appearance.
