Septo-rhinoplasty was done to address this patient’s functional and cosmetic problems. Thirty-six years old had previously broken and twisted her nose. Two spreader grafts were placed on the patient’s right side; her nasal pyramid was straightened by resetting the nasal bones. Moderate hump reduction was performed to improve the dorsal aesthetic line. Overall the patient gained an improved dorsal aesthetic line and breathing.
